Chennai, Dec 27 (UNI) City-based Origin Infosys, a leading IT services and solutions provider, has successfully delivered the single largest order for a Tamil Nadu Government school project, worth Rs 80 crore, from ELCOT for 2006-07.
The project envisaged implementation of hardware and networking in more than 2,000 schools in Tamil Nadu.
Riding on this success, the company was confident of achieving a growth of over 30 per cent to touch revenues of Rs 200 crore by 2010. Talking to newspersons here today, company CEO B Bhaskar said IT and BPO companies were looking at an one-stop solution for managing the entire infrastructure. Large companies and start-ups find it extremely difficult to manage this and outsourcing becomes the most viable option, he added.
''Our strength in IT services combined with infrastructure is a very unique model, which is being well received in the market. Our focus is to gain recognition as a dependable player in IT infrastructure creation and support,'' he said.
