Four killed in Nawaz Sharif's poll rally

least
four
people
were
shot
dead
and
several
wounded
at
an
election
campaign
rally
for
former
Pakistan
prime
minister
Nawaz
Sharif
on
Thursday,
police
said.
"There are four dead and others are wounded," senior Islamabad police official Syed Kalim Imam said.
Security
agencies
in
Pakistan
had
been
put
on
high
alert
following
an
intelligence
report
that
terrorists
may
strike
in
the
city
and
target
top
politicians
and
religious
leaders.
