Benazir assassination bad for Pakistan, region: Natwar
New Delhi, Dec 27 (UNI) Former External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh said he was ''shattered'' at the assassination of Pakistan's former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and said it was bad not only for Pakistan but for the entire region.
''...it is not only bad for Pakistan but for the region...
Lot of people were looking upto her,'' the former External Affairs Minister said.
He described the incident an ''act of cowardice'' for the people who want an end to terrorism.
''Our hearts and minds go out to the family, of whom not many are left, and to her children...'' Mr Natwar Singh said.
