Muraly's solo adventure cycling culminates
Kochi, Dec 26 (UNI) The fifth solo adventure cycling--Mission 2007-- undertaken by T V Muraly to highlight the importance of being a soldier, to the common man, ended here today.
Muraly, an ex-airman of Indian Air Force (IAF) began the expedition from Bangalore on December 23 and arrived at Kochi Naval Base today, according to a release.
The cyclist had earlier undertaken four similar missions since 2003 with each mission highlighting various issues.
Muraly used to start cycling at 0400 hrs every day, covering about 200 kms.
Enroute he would interact with individuals, institutions and students, conveying the message about the role of Army, Navy and Air Force.
