Indian Railways men, women enter semis

Puducherry, Dec 26 (UNI) Indian Railways men and women teams entered the semi-finals of the 58th Senior National Basketball championship here today.

In the quarterfinals played here tonight, while Railways women defeated Kerala 120-49, their men prevailed over Tamil Nadu 97-87.

In the women's section, Chattisgarh and Tamil Nadu entered the last four groups defeating Andhra pradesh and Punjab respectively.

Utharakand men too joined Railways in the semis beating Kerala 87-77.
