PSPB, TN, Bengal win matches in team events

Chennai, Dec 25 (UNI) One sided matches were the order of the day in the Sub-junior and Cadet boys and girls national table tennis championship here today.

In the sub junior section in Group A Petroleum Sports Board defeated Assam three matches to one while Jharkhand overcame Himachal Pradesh by similar margin. Hosts Tamil Nadu had a narrow win over Andhra Pradesh 3-2 in Group B while Chandigarh also had to fight hard to edge out Tripura by a similar margin.

In the girls section North Bengal defeated Assam 3-0 while West Bengal beat Chattisgarh 3-0.
