Islamabad, Dec 24: Pakistan Muslim League-Q president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has accused PML-N of planning riots and violence in Punjab on the day of elections to rig the polls. The PML-N was focusing on negative tactics it as had anticipated defeat in the upcoming general elections scheduled for January 8, the News quoted him as saying. Mr Hussain said former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, accepting PPP's head Benazir Bhutto's dominance, had decided to participate in the elections, claiming that people wanted Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi to become the prime minister.
He said the two former premiers were talking of rigging in the polls while they themselves were products of rigging. The leader said the PML workers would never vote for the PPP and his party would again succeed with a big majority in the forthcoming elections and form governments at the Centre and the provinces.
