Governor, CM extend Christmas greetings

Shimla, Dec 24 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Governor V S Kokje and Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today greeted the people of the state especially Christians, on the eve of 'Merry Christmas'.

Greeting the people, the Governor said, "Atmosphere of peace and brotherhood can be developed in the world by following the path of love and truthfulness preached by Lord Jesus Christ. We should take inspiration from his teachings for building a prosperous society." The Chief Minister in his message called upon all the people from different communities to celebrate this festival in unison to strengthen the secular and social fabric of the country.
