Chargesheets against 12 accuse in BPSC scam

Patna, Dec 24 (UNI) The state vigilance investigation bureau today submitted chargesheets against 12 people, accused of committing irregularities in competative examination conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) in 2003.

The chargesheets are in suplimentaries in nature have been submitted by bureau in the court of the special vigilance judge of Patna S K Panwar under the various sections of Indian penal code, prevantion of corruption act and Bihar conduct of examination act.

The charges are forgery, cheating and irregularities committed during BPSC examinstions for appointment of 184 deputy collectors in 2003.
