Pune, Dec 23 (UNI) Rains or snow are likely to occur at isolated places in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.

Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at isolated places in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Assam, Meghalaya and Tamil Nadu.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, West Bengal, Sikkim, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Gujarat, Konkan, Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala.

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Jharkhand, interior Karnataka and were below normal in Assam, Meghalaya, Punjab, Vidararbha, in some parts of interior Orissa and north coastal Andhra Pradesh.

They were appreciably to markedly above normal in Uttarakhand, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, north Madhya Pradesh, Saurashtra, Kutch, north Madhya Maharashtra and were above normal in Uttar Pradesh, Konkan, Tamil Nadu and coastal Karnataka.

They were normal over the rest of the country.
