Indore, Dec 22 (UNI) A meeting would be held next month to review the implementation of MoUs inked during the Global Investors Summit held in October in Indore.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan told reporters here last night that investors will also take part in the meeting. They would be asked whether they were facing any obstacle in implementing these projects.

More than 100 MoUs involving an investment of Rs 1.18 lakh crore were signed during the summit.

Regarding Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh describing the summit as a cultural programme, Mr Chouhan said Mr Singh was levelling baseless allegations as he was frustrated for not being able to bring about development of the state during his 10-year-rule.

''Mr Singh has never been concerned about the state's development,'' he said.

About his meeting with the Prime Minister recently, he said he demanded concessions for establishing industries in Madhya Pradesh on the lines of Uttranchal, as Madhya Pradesh was also a backward state.

Pointing out that the Centre was spending more on telecommunications and less on irrigation, he said the Centre must fix priorities.
