Recently, a difference in opinions had cropped up between the Governor and the CM during Annual Police Parade when the former had suggested implementation of police commissioner system in the state. But Ms Mayawati had turned down the suggestion claiming there was several lacunae in the police system and it was not the right time to implement it.
