Indore, Dec 21 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today described recent defeats in by-elections in Khargone Lok Sabha and Sanver assembly constituencies as blessing ahead of the next year's state assembly elections.
Talking to reporters at the airport here, Mr Chouhan said the BJP was reviewing the causes behind the defeat of the party in the bypolls.
''On several occasions, local factors affected poll results and the result of by-elections could not be said to be the decision of the whole state,'' he said.
He said the Indore Master Plan would be implemented soon in a transparent manner. However, he could not provide an exact date.
Mr Chouhan denied that bureaucracy was dominating in Madhya Pradesh.
On people's representatives being ignored during the launch of Radio Cab Taxi in Indore, he said people's representatives should not be ignored.
