Police solve robbery case within 24 hrs

Bangalore, Dec 20 (UNI)The city police have succeeded in solving a robbery case of Rs 23 lakh, within 24 hours it occurred at Acts Ministeries Christian Trust premises in the city and nabbed four culprits in this connection.

According to a release, the culprits after entering the trust premises managed to take away the booty of Rs 23 lakh, which was kept to be disbursed as salary for the employees. The Trust had lodged a complaint with the police in this connection yesterday.

The city Crime Branch sleuths who investigated the incident arrested Manjunath, Ravi, Prasanna and Raju and also recovered the stolen cash from their possession.

Manjunath and Ravi, who were employees in the same Trust, worked out the conspiracy to loot the money, the sources added.
