Passport Adalat to be held on Monday at Jalandhar

Jalandhar, Dec 20 (UNI) A Passport Adalat will be held at Jalandhar Passport Office on Monday from 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs to address grievances of passport seekers.

In a press release issued here, Passport Officer AK Mahajan said that the applicants, who had applied for any service to this office till March 31 this year, were advised to visit the Passport Adalat personally along with original and attested copies of all testimonials including school certificate, birth certificate, three photographs, copies of parents passport (in case of minor), residence proof, Pan Card, election identity card, ration card, electrity/water/telephone bill, driving license and bank account passbook, at least one year old.

He said in view of the Passport Adalat, no request for out of turn or tatkal would be entertained on Monday, except under extreme emergency. However, fresh applications for issue of passport or other miscellaneous services would be accepted between 0800 hrs to 1000 hrs on that day, he added.
