New Delhi, Dec 19 (UNI) Shringar Films Ltd (SFL), a 100 per cent subsidiary of Mumbai-based Shringar Cinemas Ltd (SCL), today said it has tied up with Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd HDIL) to programme their forthcoming multiplexes at Vashi, Bhandup and Kandivali in Mumbai.
The number of screens at each of these locations is three, four and six, respectively.
''We are very pleased with the tie-up with HDIL. Along with the SCL screens, this is an excellent one stop show for distributors and producers to exhibit their films, across a variety of locations and cities,'' Shringar Films Managing Director Shravan Shroff said in a statement.
The company has also signed four other properties in Pune, with a total of five screens, in addition to the three existing one screen properties being develped by SFL, Globus-Bandra, Mumbai, Gossip-Bandra, Mumbai and Maratha Mandir.
With this the total number of screens under the control of the Company and SCL combined are now 65.
