Kumaraswamy
was
admitted
to
Wockhardt
Hospital
on
Tuesday
for
a
medical
check
up
after
he
complained
of
chest
pain.
A
spokesperson
of
the
hospital
infromed
that
Kumaraswamy
was
admitted
to
the
hospital
for
evaluation
and
a
detailed
examination
of
the
heart,
which
required
hospitalisation
adding
he
might
have
a
problem
with
his
heart
valve.
Kumaraswamy said, “I have a little problem with my heart. Day after tomorrow, I will undergo an open heart surgery for valve replacement," adding he had been having chest pain for over four months but he had ignored it. “I have been careless about my health for the last 20 months as I only had focused on serving people of Karnataka and carrying out development works. I didn"t listen to my family when they warned about my health," he added.
