Bangalore, Dec 19 (UNI) CDC software, the Atlanta-based provider of industry specific enterprise software solutions, today announced the launch of its 'Pivotal CRM solution' in India.
Talking to newspersons here, CDC India Managing Director Nagaraja Prakasam said Pivotal CRM, marketed by CDC CRM Solutions Pvt Ltd, had TTK services as its first customer in India, which had implemented it in its portals 'YourManin India' and 'GetFriday'.
Companies can leverage Pivotal CRM to help optimise efficiencies, enhance customer service and improve brand loyalty to accelerate business growth.
The company, which currently employed 308 personnel in India including 126 in R and D centre, aimed to double the staff strength by next year end. Nearly 90 per cent of R and D for Pivotal CRM solution was done in India, he said.
The company was on an acquisition mode with four companies in the enterprise segment in its 'Radar'. These companies had a turnover between 25 to 30 million US Dollars and some of them would be firmed up next year.
CRM had a 40 million US Dollar market in India, growing at a rate of 40 per cent every year, according to IDC data.
