Bangalore, Dec 19: CDC software, an Atlanta, US based provider of industry specific enterprise software solutions, today announced the launch of its Pivotal CRM solution in India and its expansion plans to double its research staff strength.
Marketed by CDC CRM Solutions Pvt ltd, Pivotal CRM had TTK services as its first customer in India which had implemented it in its portals YourManin India, a complete concierge service that manages tasks on behalf of expatriate India clients and GetFriday, a virtual assistance service that helped clients worldwide with a variety of tasks such as research, web monitoring, making appointments and even providing wake up calls.
CDC Software India Managing Director Nagaraja Prakasam told newsmen here that companies could leverage Pivotal CRM to help optimise efficiencies, enhance customer service and improve brand loyalty to accelerate business growth.
He said the company which currently employed 308 personnel in India, including 126 in R and D centre aimed to double the staff by the end of next year. Nearly 90 per cent of R and D for pivotal CRM solution was developed in India, he added.
He said the company was also on an acquisition mode having four companies in the enterprise segment in its Radar. These companies have turnover between 25 to 30 million US dollars and some of them would be firmed up next year.
CRM is a 40 million US dollar market in India, growing at 40 per cent every year, according to IDC data.
