A spokesman of the outfit told local media persons that there is complete ban on grenade attacks by the HM and other militant outfits.
He asked people to remain cautious against propaganda of different agencies against ''Mujahideen''. He said a meeting of Divisional Commanders of the HM was held under chief operational commander Gazi Misbah-ud-Din recently at an undisclosed place.
Besides discussing the prevailing situation, the meeting said the movement was passing through the crucial phase and we need to take utmost caution. About the recent arrests, Gazi has said, that the sacrifices and arrests are part of the struggle.
He said recent arrest of senior commanders of the outfit was being wrongly portrayed by the intelligence agencies as surrender to create misunderstanding.
Gazi named Khalid Saifullah as Divisional Commander for central Kashmir, spokesman said.
