Modhwadia questions Modi attending NDC meet
Ahmedabad, Dec 18 (UNI) Leader of the opposition in Gujarat assembly Arjun Modhwadia today said it was 'improper' on the part of Chief minister Narendra Modi to attend the National Development Council meeting tomorrow in New Delhi.
In a letter to Prime minister Manmohan Singh, Mr Modhwadia said that Mr Modi, by attending the NDC meet, will be influencing the 11th plan allocations for the state.
''When there are only a few days left for the outcome of the election results and a new government is set to take over, it is not proper for Mr Modi to attend the meeting'', Mr Modhwadia said in a release here.
