Chennai, Dec 17 (UNI) The British Deputy High Commission here will give another chance to students, who have been denied a visa to the UK, by inviting them to meet a visa Officer of the Commission tomorrow, if they wish to appeal against the decision.
According to a release here today, the opportunity was open only to those who had been denied a student visa by the British Deputy High Commission in Chennai. To avail the opportunity, appointments should be fixed within 28 days from the date of denial of visa.
The visa officer would review the appeal and take a decision within 28 working days.
This new arrangement would not be available to those who wish to make a fresh application after being denied a visa, the release added.
