Plan to establish SEZ in Jabalpur: Chouhan
Bhopal, Dec 17 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said the government had chalked out a plan for establishing a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for developing agriculture and mining industry over 200 acres land each at Hargadh near Jabalpur.
''The implementation of these projects would begin a new era of industrial development in the Mahakaushal region,'' Mr Chouhan told UNI here today, adding that in this regard a proposal had been sent to the Centre.
He said a convention of investors has been called in the Mahakaushal region on February 14-15, 2008, for encouraging establishing industrial units in the region.
