Warangal, Dec 14 (UNI) A top naxal leader's wife today surrendered before police, stating that she was vexed with top cadres' attitude towards women comrades.

Penuka Rama, wife of Gampala Raghupathi alias Mohanna, the state committee secretary of Praja Prathighatana Party surrendered before Superintendent of Police Soumya Mishra along with one squad member Malothu Naveen.

Renuka, party's Mehboobabad area commander, alleged that her husband refused to provide for medical treatment when she fell sick recently. She raised protests in the party meetings against Mohanna and expressed her desire to surrender.

However, she was denied permission to join the mainstram and shifted to party's Khammam area.

The reformed naxal said, ''there is no equality in the party. The party leaders are indifferent to the problems of women members. I lost confidence in them.'' Malothu Naveen, the other surrendered naxal, a native of Jangalapalli in Mulug mandal, was a member of Mohananna dalam of the party.

The surrendered naxals would be eligible for the rehabilitation package, the Superintendent of Police said.
