Pakistanis jailed for sodomizing Indian

Dubai, Dec 14 (UNI) Two Pakistani workers have been jailed for sodomizing their Indian colleague in a washroom in Dubai.

The Dubai Court of First Instance sentenced the Pakistani workers to one year in jail each, after they were convicted of having unnatural sex with the Indian. They will be deported after serving their punishment.

The two accused pleaded innocent and denied forcing their 25-year-old colleague into a washroom, threatening him with a razor and having unnatural sex with him against his will, a local daily reported.

''They took me to the labour accommodation's washroom, locked the doors, and forced me to have sex with them. At first they threatened me with a sharp instrument and asked to have sex with me. They abused me after I turned them down,'' the Indian testified in the court.

The men let go of the victim following the incident which happened at 1930 hrs local time and informed his colleague who reported the matter to the police.

A policeman testified that the defendants were arrested in their labour accommodation. Medical reports confirmed that the DNA traces which were taken from the victim's body matched with one of the accused.

Public Prosecution records said the other accused admitted of molesting the victim and confessed to undress him. The verdict can be appealed.
