Nethotzone launches free internet 'Kiosk'

Ahmedabad, Dec 14 (UNI) Nethotzone today launched the first Nethotkiosk at the H L College here to allow people to surf the Internet for free.

Through NethotKiosk for the first time in India, free Internet access would be available at public places. Along with Free Internet accessibility through ''kiosks'', the Nethot user will also have access to discount coupons and other deals of various brands.

They will also be able to avail discounts by clicking and downloading them on their mobile phones via an SMS. The seamless integration of the internet and cellular technologies is the unique proposition of this concept.

Speaking on the occasion Nethotzone CEO and Promoter Ravin Vyas said kiosks will be set up at others places in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot. ''The 'kiosks' will be installed at various pupolar places -- in malls, colleges and at other public places boasting 19 inch LCD monitors and high speed internet access.'' The kiosks will be manned by skilled operators who can not only assist Internet surfers but also teach customers who are unfamiliar with the Internet, he added.

Mr Vyas said that the outlay of the concept would be borne by the companies looking to reach-out to the Internet surfers. The Nethotkiosks will facilitate this via display of offline and online advertisements.
