Allahabad, Dec 13 (UNI) Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) president Ashok Singhal today alleged that terrorists were being trained in India and the Centre was not inclined to formulate effective policies to check the menace.
Talking to newspersons here, Mr Singhal said all the claims of the government about trying to protect the country from terrorism were misleading.
He suggested the government to take effective measures to tackle terrorism.
Meanwhile, a two-day seminar on 'Search for a new paradise in the context of global perils' was being organised by Arundhati Vashishtha Anusandhan Peeth, Prayag on December 15 and 16.
The seminar would be inaugurated by former Bihar governor Justice Rama Joise.
Former HRD minister Murli Manohar Joshi would preside over the seminar.
