The company was also planning to establish a food processing unit in the state.
The new heritage hotel, to be opened tomorrow, would have 21 rooms with facilities like mini-conference hall, swimming pool, multi-cuisine restaurant, travel desk and Ayurveda spa.
The hotel had been set up by renovating a Jewish building and the aesthetic value of the age-old Jewish architecture was maintained in the heritage hotel, Mr Ibrahim noted.
