Everone to conduct job-based courses

Chennai, Dec 13: Everon Systems India Limited, a satellite-based education services provider, today announced three new job-oriented courses for college students as part of its initiative to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

The fully interactive courses --Post Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance, Advanced Diploma in Java, J2EE Programming and Certification in Tech BPO -- would be conducted with aid of VSAT.Students of Engineering, Arts, Commerce and Science Colleges could make use of the courses to be conducted by the Everon Learning Academy in about 200 colleges in South India.

These programmes are job oriented and students would find placement opportunities in the BFSI, IT and ITeS verticals, a release here claimed.

The programmes include a special skill development module on personality, communication, aptitude development and interview preparation.
