Four special trains to Kottayam

Vijayawada, Dec 12 (UNI) To clear the extra rush of passengers, the South Central Railways (SCR) will run four special trains to Kottayam from Machilipatnam, Vijayawada, Nizamabad and Hyderabad.

The Machilipatnam-Kottayam special would leave Machilipatnam at 1600 hrs on December 24 and January 7 and arrive Kottayam at 1915 hrs the next day.In the return direction, the Kottayam-Machilipatnam special would leave Kottayam at 2115 hrs on December 25 and January 8 and arrive Machilipatnam at 2330 hrs the next day.

The Vijayawada-Kottayam special would leave Vijayawada at 1910 hrs on December 31, January 11 and 14 and arrive Kottayam at 1915 hrs the next day. In the return direction, the Kottayam-Vijayawada special would leave Kottayam at 2115 hrs on January 1, 12 and 15 and arrive Vijayawada at 2035 hrs, the next day.

The Nizamabad-Kottayam special would leave Nizamabad at 0830 hrs on December 17, 28 and January 8, and arrive Kottayam at 1915 hrs the next day. In the return journey, the special would leave Kottayam at 2115 hrs on December 18, 29 and January 9 and arrive Nizamabad at 0800 hrs, the second day.

The Hyderabad-Kottayam special would depart Hyderabad at 1300 hrs on January 1, 4 and 15 and reach Kottayam at 1915 hrs the next day. In the return direction, the special would leave Kottayam at 2115 hrs on January 2, 5 and 16 and arrive Hyderabad at 0400 hrs, the second day, the release added.
