Arshiya International to pump in Rs 3,000 cr over 5 years

New Delhi, Dec 12 (UNI) Arshiya International Ltd today said it will infuse an investment of Rs 3,000 crore in two phases in the next five years.

In the first phase, Rs 1,800 crore will be pumped to develop three free trade warehousing zones (FTWZ) and on rakes, a statement said.

''The FTWZ infrastructure will improve Exim Trade and will provide customers value-added services beyond traditional logistics and supply chain services,'' company's Chairman Ajay S Mittal said.

The company is in the process of evaluating various options for raising funds for the project. The land required for the FTWZ near JNPT, Mumbai has been acquired and the land acquisition for FTWZ in Delhi has already started, the statement added.
