Congress to release manifesto at Dharamshala tomorrow

Shimla, Dec 11 (UNI) The Congress party has decided to release its poll manifesto at Dharamshala tomorrow.

Adressing newspersons here party's state unit general secretary Kuldeep Rathore said HPCC president Viplov Thakur and Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh would release the poll manifesto at Dharamshala in Kangra district.

''The party has taken this decision to give a clear message that Congress gives equal importance to the lower areas of the state and that the BJP's charges regarding partiality with these areas are false and wrong,'' he said.

Mr Rathore also demanded that the Election Commission observers should take strict action against the advertisements issued by the BJP.
