Chennai, Dec 11: Cognizant, a leading provider of global IT and business process outsourcing services, today entered into a multi-year relationship with the California State Automobile Association (CSAA) as a key strategic IT partner to provide a full suite of IT services.
Cognizant would provide a suite of services, including business consulting, specialized software and service implementation (fully tested and maintained) and support services.
These services were delivered seamlessly from multiple locations, including client locations in San Francisco, CA and Glendale, AZ.
Cognizant has played a key role in many of CSAA's technology transformation programmes, including membership, policy management, internet sales channel, payment and vacation systems, a Cognizant release said here.
"We needed an organization that had not only strong business and technology insight, but strong domain expertise unique to the AAA business as well. We found that in Cognizant," said CSAA CIO Sally Grant.
