dwindling
tiger
population
further
declined
as
'Gautam'
an
ailing
tiger
succumbed
to
a
parasitic
disease
on
7th
December,
at
the
Van
Vihar
National
Park
in
Bhopal
city.
Its body was cremated by the park authorities who said that every effort was taken to save the five-year old wild cat. In the last 18 months at least six tigers have died in the park including a White Tiger that died recently in October this year.
