BJP leaders to take part in 'human chain' prog on Ram Sethu

Hyderabad, Dec 10 (UNI) Leaders and workers of Bharatiya Janata Party in Andhra Pradesh would participate in a 'human chain' programme organised by 'Ramasethu Raksha Vedika' tomorrow in the city.

According to a press release here, the programme is being organised to stress the Centre to stop the construction of Sethusamudram Shipping Channel (SSCP) project for protecting the Ram Sethu.

Jagadguru Shankaracharya would inaugurate the human chain, which would be formed from Ganesh temple at Secunderabad to Charminar.

Former BJP national president Bangaru Laxman, party state president Bandaru Dattatreya, senior party leaders, prominent personalities like Pushpagiri Pitadhipati, Sadavi Nirmaladevi and religious leaders would take also part in the programme.

UNI
