Mumbai, Dec 8 (UNI) The Central Railway(CR) will run 64 winter special trains to clear the passenger rush in view of Christmas and New Year vacations, an official said today.
Of the 64 special services, 46 trains will run between Mumbai's Chhtrapati Shivaji Terminus and Karwar station on the Konkan Railway, eight will run between Dadar and Ernakulam, and the remaining 10 between Dadar and Kochuveli.
The special services will run from December 15 and continue till January 19 next year, the official said.
Reservation for these trains will be available at all computerised reservation centres from December 10. ''Tatkal'' quota has also been provided in the winter special trains, the official said.
