Reddy,
who
arrived
here
on
a
two-day
visit
to
Chittoor,
offered
worship
at
the
Sri
Venkateswara
Temple
today.
After attending all scheduled programes at Kuppam and Tirupati late last evening, Dr Reddy arrived here for night halt.
This morning, he was received at the temple by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman B Karunakara Reddy, Executive Officer K V Ramanachary and Joint Executive Officer G Balaramaiah.
He was given traditional reception and later participated in morning rituals in the temple.
Later, Dr Reddy was presented with prasad and portrait of the Lord by the TTD Chairman.
Dr Reddy had laid the foundation stone for the proposed Rs six crore Mahamandapam opposite the main temple and inaugurated Sri Vanam, a spiritual fountain, last night.
He also released a multicolor 12-sheet TTD calendar after the darshan of the Lord before the temple.
