Mulbagal, Gowribidanur recorded 1 cm rainfall

Bangalore, Dec 7 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by weather office here at 0830 hours today.

Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Chief rainfall amounts (cm): Mulbagal, Gowribidanur 1 each.

Minimum temperatures appreciably fell at a few places over Coastal Karnataka; fell at a few places over North Interior Karnataka, however rose at a few places over South Interior Karnataka. They were below normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka, however above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and were normal over South Interior Karnataka.

Bijapur recorded lowest minimum temperature of 11.5 degree Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather will prevail over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over Kolar, Tumkur, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore Urban districts mainly dry weather will prevail over remaining districts of Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
