MetricStream to hold seminar on Clause 49, SOX

Bangalore, Dec 7 (UNI) City-based MetricStream, the market leader in enterprise wide governance, risk compliance and quality management, will host a seminar here on Clause 49 and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) on December ten and 11.

The seminar, targetting CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Managers and Auditing staff, would give an expert view on ''Clause 49 and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance in Practice'', a release here said today.

Head of Asia Pacific at MetricStream, Shankar Bhaskaran said ''this would be a good opportunity for corporates in India to get a series of updates on international best practices in risk management and internal controls and learn how these can be implemented in their environment for complying with laws and mandates such as SEBI's Clause 49 and US SOX regulations.''
