Maoist ultras shoot dead 2 persons in Begusarai

Begusari, Dec 7: Armed CPI (Maoist) ultras shot dead two persons near Barkaha Chowk under Bariarpur police station in the district late last night.

Police said here today that the Maoist guerillas attacked the Barkaha Chowk and fired indiscriminately killing two persons on the spot and seriously injuring another.

The injured was admitted to the local Sadar Hospital, police added.

However, the ultras managed to escape the site, police said, adding that raids were on to nab the miscreants.
