Bank of Rajasthan to raise Rs 22.9 cr through equity, warrants
New Delhi, Dec 7 (UNI) Bank of Rajasthan today said its board has approved the issue of equity shares and warrants on preferential basis worth Rs 22.9 crore Glasia Mauritius II Ltd, BNP Paribass S A, Shree Naman Developers Ltd and Darashaw&Company Ltd.
Subject to approval by the shareholders, two Foreign Instituntional Investors, Glasia Mauritius II Ltd and BNP Paribas will be issued 65,00,000 and 70,00,000 equity shares respectively of Rs 200 each, a statement said.
The two domestic companies of Shree Naman Developers Ltd and Darashaw&Company Ltd will be issued 35,00,000 and 65,00,000 warrants respectively at a price of Rs 202 per warrant.
