Jaipur, Dec 6 (UNI) The Congress today alleged that the Vasundhara Raje Government in Rajasthan had organsied Resurgent Rajasthan event last week in Jaipur to favour its ''industrialist friends'' with prime lands at ''negligible prices''.
Addressing a press conference here today the party's Rajasthan unit president CP Joshi said that the two day event was not aimed at bringing investment in the state but it was meant to provide prime land at throwaway prices to ''favourite industrial or business gorups''.
Expressing doubt over implementation of the MoUs signed at the conclave, Mr Joshi said ''signing of memorandum is significant only when the projects really come up but nobody knowns whether these projects will really come up''.
This government had so far signed a number of MoUs during its four year regime but most of those did not materialise, Mr Joshi observed.
He alleged that Raje government had been working like a real estate dealer during these four years.
