Hisar, Dec 6 (UNI) Former Haryana Chief Minister and Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) supremo Om Parkash Chautala today called upon the poor, workers, farmers and deprived sections of the society to wage a ''united struggle'' against the Congress.

Addressing a 'Dalit Chetna Rally' at Hisar on the occasion of 51st death anniversary of Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar, Mr Chautala said: ''Time has come to teach Congress a suitable lesson for exploitation of these sections for the last 60 years and that would be the real homage to the chief architect of the Indian Constitution.'' Mr Chautala said if his party came to power in Haryana in the next elections, a seven-member commission, under the chairmanship of INLD SC Cell convener M L Ranga, would be set up to suggest the government on how to solve the problems of depressed and backward classes of the state.

He also announced that Dr Ambedkar hostels would be built in all the districts, backlog of the reserved posts would be filled and proper share in the government jobs would be given to SC, BC and other reserved categories .

Launching a scathing attack on the Hooda government, Mr Chautala alleged that no SC candidate was given the job even as 19,000 guest teachers and B Ed teachers were appointed in the state and 4,000 appointments were made in Public Health department through the back door.
