Ashok Leyland vehicle sales in Nov declines by 16%

New Delhi, Dec 6 (UNI) Ashok Leyland today said its sale in November declined 16 per cent at 5,800 vehicles from 6,923 units for the same month last year.

Domestic sales of the company came down to 5,366 units from 6,420 units, while exports dropped to 434 units from 503 units in 2006, a company statement said.

Ashok Leyland recently joined hands with TVS to launch their 'Quality Pre-owned Trucks', with brand name Altrux in Tamil Nadu after encouraging results in Rajasthan and Kerala.
