Haryana to construct 403 Women Sanitary Complexes
Chandigarh, Dec 5 (UNI) The Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) has released a sum of Rs five crore to the Panchayat Department for the construction of 403 Women Sanitary Complexes in 16 districts of the state.
Stating this here today, an official spokesman said the Panchayat department in collaboration with the HSPCB had already constructed 254 Women Sanitary Complexes in 16 districts at a cost of about Rs 3.28 crore.
He said the HSPCB was persuading the Panchayat department to construct the remaining complexes to control pollution in the rural villages and to provide the villagers better hygienic.
