20,000 CITU workers court arrest in MP
Bhopal, Dec 5 (UNI) More than 20,000 workers of Centre of Indian Trade Unions (CITU) and Akhil Bharatiya Kisan Sabha courted arrest in different districts of Madhya Pradesh during the two-day agitation in support of a joint charter of demands pertaining to labourers.
CITU spokesman M P Sharma today said in a release that the agitation was to highlight skyrocketing prices and anti-labour and anti-farmer laws.
