Proof in hand against Digvijay, says Kothari

Badwani(MP), Dec 4 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Himmat Kothari has claimed that the BJP government has marshalled ''concrete proof' about former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh and other Congress leaders' involvement in corrupt practices.

Talking to reporters here last night, Mr Kothari alleged that Mr Singh had not given permission to prosecute his cabinet colleagues indicted by the Lokayukta.

He denied as 'baseless' the corruption charge being levelled by the Congress against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in the purchase of dumpers in his wife's name. ''Mr Singh was in the habit of making non-serious comments'', he added.
