New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) Asia's largest exhibition for the paper industry, Paperex 2007 will commence on December 7-10, 2007 at Pragati Maidan here.
''Being held for the eighth time, the show is a biannual show that features the best that the world has to offer in the pulp, paper and conversion industry,'' Indian Recycled Paper Mills Association President R C Rastogi told reporters here.
After seeing an unprecedented growth of over 50 per cent from the last edition, the Paperex 2007 will see participation from 25 countries and 380 exhibitors that will represent all key industry fields by exhibiting the technology in the paper industry.
Countries like China, Finland and Italy have already confirmed a large group of delegates and visitors that will be attending the exhibition, Mr Rastogi said.
Paperex 2007 will also be holding a technical conference titled 'Pulp, Paper, &Allied Industry by 2020' concurrent to the Trade Fair.
The conference will act as a catalyst for interaction with leading technical experts from all over the world on key issues relating to the pulp, paper and conversion industry, and more importantly its future growth and expansion opportunities, Mr Rastogi said.
The Paperex 2007 is supported by the leading associations of the world like the Indian Pulp&Paper Technical Association, the Technical Association of the Pulp&Paper Industry (USA), the Paper Industry Technical Association (UK), and the Technical Association of the Pulp&Paper Industry (Southern Africa).
