Mapsko Builders starts Rs 650 cr township in Sonepat

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) Mapsko Builders Pvt Ltd today said it will set up a township in Sonepat with an investment of Rs 650 crore.

''Garden Estate, spread over 151 acres, will provide all necessary amenities like 100 per cent power back up, 24/7 security, round the clock water supply, well planned parking, swimming pool, club and shopping arcade in close vicinity,'' company's MD Amrit Singla said.

The project will offer freehold plots of 100, 250, 350, 500 and 1,000 square yards with modern services and support. Within the entire plotted area, there will be 20 acres of group housing with two and three bedroom apartments with landscape gardens, water bodies, children park, sprawling lawns and ample parking space, a company statement said.

Another four acres of land would comprise of commercial mall with multiplex, food court, vanilla brand shops etc. The entire area would be under 24-hour security.
