Jaipur Court to hear case against Home Minister on Dec 10

Jaipur, Dec 4 (UNI) A local court will hold hearing on December 10 in the complaint of alleged misuse of government accommodation against Rajasthan Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria and two sitting BJP legislators.

The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate(second) RK Bansal today heard the complainant's initial pleadings in the case and posted it for December 10 next.

A local lawyer Sunil Kumar had lodged an application before the court against Mr Kataria, BJP MLA Rao Rajendra Singh and suspended BJP MLA Attar Singh Bhadana for alleged misuse of the government houses.

As per the compliant the house allotted by the government to Mr Bhadana in Gandhinagar locality here was allegedly used by Minister's kins whereas the house allotted to Rao Rajendra Singh was occupied by Mr Bhadana.

The complainant had prayed the court for ordering a CBI probe into the matter.
